Our steel truss design includes the design of the truss members and typical connection details. This design is for any one of the following truss configurations:

warren truss
vierendeel girder truss


We need the following information to design a steel roof truss:

architectural layouts showing the span, centres and the eaves height of the trusses and the type of roof cladding

the approximate location of the building (this is needed to assess the wind and snow loadings)

details of any service loadings which will be supported by the steel trusses
