From the receipt of the information we need, each order is normally processed within 2 - 7 days. A package containing all the calculations will be emailed to the customer as a pdf document, using the email address provided. Each design is prepared for an individual customer based on the information which is provided. It cannot be resold or used again. Therefore if you decide you no longer want the calculations, we are unable to give a refund, unless our work has not been started. If this is they case then a refund may be given subject to an administration charge.
